Shipping Policy

At HOUS Coffee, we work hard to deliver fresh coffee and quality merchandise to your door as quickly as possible.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days from the time your order ships.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.


Fresh Coffee Roasting

To ensure the best quality, our coffee is roasted fresh before shipping. Because of this process, coffee orders may require additional preparation time before they are shipped.

We believe fresh coffee is worth the wait.


Shipping Locations

At this time, HOUS Coffee ships within the United States only.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's delivery status.


Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.

HOUS Coffee is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

HOUS Coffee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
