At HOUS Coffee, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to have a great experience. Please review our return policy below before making a purchase.


Coffee Products (No Returns or Refunds)

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all coffee products are final sale.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Coffee beans

  • Ground coffee

  • Opened or unopened coffee bags

This policy ensures the freshness, safety, and quality of our coffee for all customers.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.


Merchandise Returns (15-Day Policy)

Non-coffee merchandise such as apparel, mugs, or accessories may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in original condition

  • The item must be in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Coffee products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Used merchandise


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
